Health & Wellness Seminars

Health and wellness workshops are a great way to help your employees learn about important personal and professional issues and how they can incorporate healthier practices into their lives. Cascade Health can work with you to relate the content to your specific industry or objectives, or we can develop custom workshops to address specific concerns in your workplace.

The following is a list of health and wellness training topics that Cascade Health Counseling & EAP can provide at your workplace location or virtually. All of our EAP contracts include at least two training hours per year. We provide trainings for non-EAP companies at an hourly rate. We ask that trainings be scheduled four to six weeks in advance.

  • Stress Management: Learn practical techniques to manage and reduce stress, improving overall well-being and productivity in the workplace.

  • Burnout and Compassion Fatigue: Understand the signs of burnout and compassion fatigue, and discover strategies to prevent and recover from these conditions.

  • Self-Care: Explore the importance of self-care and learn actionable steps to incorporate self-care practices into your daily routine.

  • Mindfulness to Build Resilience: Discover how mindfulness techniques can help build resilience, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity and emotional stability.

  • Healthy Workplace Communication: Develop effective communication skills to enhance collaboration, reduce misunderstandings, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Sleep Hygiene: Learn about the factors that affect sleep quality and discover tips and habits to improve your sleep hygiene for better overall health.

  • Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace: Gain insights into mental health issues and learn how to create a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.

  • Understanding and Reducing Anxiety: Understand the causes of anxiety and explore techniques to manage and reduce anxiety in both personal and professional settings.

  • De-Escalation Training: Learn techniques to defuse tense situations, manage conflicts, and promote a safe and respectful workplace.

  • Recognizing Substance Use in the Workplace: Identify signs of substance use and learn how to address and support employees dealing with substance-related issues.

Additionally, we offer team building trainings using DISC, Strength Finder, and Friendly Style assessments for an extra fee. These assessments can help improve team dynamics, enhance communication, and build stronger, more cohesive teams.
