Deanne began her career at Cascade Health as a medical assistant student intern in 2007. She worked in Occupational Health before becoming the manager of Physical and Hand Therapy in 2021. Deanne received her medical assisting and limited X-ray certificates from Pioneer Pacific College. In addition to working at Cascade Health, she volunteers for medical outreach efforts in Uganda. Outside of work, you might find her biking the Row River bike path with her husband or hiking the Ridgeline Trail System with her dogs.
Travis Hoffman

Travis joined Cascade Health in 1999 as part of the occupational health group. Prior to that, he completed a Bachelor of Science in occupational from the University of Puget Sound. He has worked in a variety of clinical positions across the United States and became most interested in orthopedic evaluation and treatment. He enjoys utilizing the application of orthopedic evaluation and manual treatment to help workers restore their strength, mobility and function. He and his wife have two daughters and the family loves camping, hiking, and cruising through the dunes and mountains on side-by-sides. Travis also enjoys hunting and fishing.

Aurora Martin enjoys treating a wide variety of patients and specializes in pelvic health and lymphedema. After earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, she pursued advanced training in pelvic health and has extensive experience working with the full spectrum of pelvic floor conditions including pelvic pain, bowel and bladder health, sexual health, pregnancy & postpartum care, and transgender care.
In addition to pelvic health, Aurora is a certified lymphedema therapist through the Lymphology Association of North America. She is passionate about helping patients with lymphedema learn not only to manage their condition but to thrive and build a better quality of life.

Ashley Riggs has been a Physical Therapist since 2009. Earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) and Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Pacific University. After numerous ankle injuries, she wrote a paper in 5th grade about wanting to be a PT when she grew up! She has pursued a variety of inpatient and outpatient PT opportunities but has always had a passion for pregnancy, post-partum, and lifetime pelvic health. She has completed advanced training in pelvic health and pre- and post-natal care through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and has received fantastic pelvic PT mentoring over the years. She enjoys helping people stop barging into bathrooms and strives to create a safe space for people to be able to speak openly about their pelvic dysfunction and receive support. She and her husband have 2 children and enjoy time together playing with their dog and chickens, going on road trips, camping, traveling internationally, being by the water, and family movie nights.

Jude attended the University of Puget Sound and began her career specializing in pediatric therapy before becoming a hospital-based rehabilitation manager. She joined the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center as a lead hand therapist before returning to the northwest and settling in Eugene. A certified hand therapist since 2002, her passion is treating upper extremity conditions from a biophysics and artistic perspective.. Jude uses numerous treatments including the Graston Technique, Kinesio Taping, myofascial release, dermo neuromodulation, core foundation approaches, orthoses fabrication, wound care and pain management. Outside of work, Jude enjoys hiking, being by the water and playing cello.

Leslie joined Cascade Health in 2021 because she was drawn to work for a local non-profit organization with a strong focus on patient care and community involvement. She loves getting to know her patients and working collaboratively to figure out how to improve their injuries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy from Colorado State University and is a certified hand therapist. She loves off-roading, hiking, watersports, skiing, camping, reading, cooking, rock hounding and wood working. She and her husband have two daughters and numerous beloved pets.

Casey attended James Madison University in Virginia, receiving her master’s in occupational therapy in 2010. She worked in Washington, D.C. for 6 years then accepted a hand therapy fellowship program at University of Michigan Medicine. Casey attained her certification in hand therapy (CHT) and completed 5 clinical rotations including non-surgical/conservative, orthopedic hand and plastic surgery hand settings. She moved to Eugene in 2019 and enjoys adventures with her husband, daughter and rescue pup. On weekends, chances are you’ll find her hanging with her family and friends, exploring the outdoor, or watching sports — particularly the Baltimore Ravens, her hometown team.

Dylan holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a Portland native but has lived all over the United States. Dylan’s undergraduate education occurred at the University of Hawai’i at Hilo where he received his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in 2018. Dylan most enjoys forming interpersonal connections with his clients and collaborating to help them achieve their goals. In his free time, you’ll likely find Dylan lifting weights, trying a new recipe, training jiu jitsu, or studying to become a Certified Hand Therapist.

Andréa Leiserowitz graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint with her master’s degree in physical therapy in 1996 and has specialized in oncology for children and adults since. She became board certified in oncologic physical therapy in 2020 and earned her doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Montana in 2012. She is certified in lymphatic therapy and trained in oncology rehabilitation at the National Institutes of Health and MD Anderson Cancer Center. She opened the inpatient Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) stem cell transplant physical therapy program at the University of Washington Medical Center in 2000.
In 2003, Leiserowitz created and managed the outpatient physical therapy department at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for pediatric and adult cancer patients. She continues as the exercise trainer for the Fred Hutchinson/YMCA Exercise & Thrive program in Seattle for cancer survivors. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Washington, Western and Lane Community College and has several research, chapter and article publications pertaining to oncology rehabilitation. She teaches oncology rehabilitation nationally and internationally at conferences, hospitals and clinics. She loves working with kids and adults, providing holistic care based on prevention and early detection for cancer survivors.

Carol started working at Cascade Health in 2017. She has a Master of Physical Therapy from Pacific University and specializes in manual therapy treatments such as muscle energy, functional, craniosacral, visceral manipulation, neural manipulation, Graston Technique and Matrix Repatterning. Her treatment incorporates the entire body to improve positioning, strength and movement patterns with the goal of improving function and quality of life. Carol is a native Oregonian and enjoys spending time with her family, going to athletic events, exercising, reading books and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Julie joined Cascade Health in 2017 and sees herself as a lifelong learner. Julie was certified in Matrix Repatterning in November of 2022. She currently utilizes Matrix Repatterning, osteopathic techniques, and Pilates-based exercise programming. Julie has a bachelor’s degree in exercise and movement science from the University of Buffalo, a bachelor’s in physical therapy from Daemen College, and a master’s in sports medicine and motor control from the University of Oregon. She also holds an Equine Diplomat of Osteopathy (EDO) from the Vluggen Institute of Osteopathy. Julie is involved with the DEI council as Cascade Health. Her hobbies include horseback riding, gardening, hiking, Pilates and taking care of her farm.

Zachery Ehrenfelt recently joined the Cascade Health team in October of 2023. He had been working in his hometown of Lincoln City, Oregon for the past several years. Past injuries and the love for the gym are what pushed him towards this profession. He attended Oregon State University (Go Beavs) and graduated with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science. He then attended the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, California where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. Helping others achieve their full potential and restore their lives is the most fulfilling component of being a therapist. When he is not working you can find him either in the gym, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking or traveling with his soon to be wife Katie.

Kade Billeaudeaux has been a physical therapist since 2019. He played collegiate baseball, which inspired him to pursue a career that would help people recover and improve their function. He attended Louisiana State and received his Bachelor of Science in community health in 2015. He also holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Science Center. He enjoys making a positive impact in people's lives by assisting and helping them return to the activities they love the most. In addition to physical therapy, his favorite activities include hunting, camping, fly fishing and skiing.

Scott joined Cascade Health in 2001 and again in 2016. He has a bachelors degree from the University of Oregon and a Masters in PT from Nova Southeastern University. Scott has worked in a variety of clinical settings from Acute care, home health to his current outpatient position. His approach to physical therapy is by applying science-based interventions combined with encompassing mind, body and spirit in a holistic approach. He and his wife have two sons and have lived in Eugene for more than 20 years. Scott and his family are avid baseball fans and spend much of their free time watching their boys play baseball. Scott’s family also volunteers at local schools and enjoys fishing and hunting.

Adam began working at Cascade Health in. He received his training in the Air Force and became involved in rehabilitation in that setting and has also worked as a physical therapist assistant and a chiropractic assistant. He finds helping people return to function so they can get back to work quickly very satisfying. In addition to his clinical work at Cascade Health, he has served on the safety committee since 2006, including as president for three years. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and riding motorcycles.

Lena is a licensed physical therapist and joined Cascade Health in 2000. She enjoys assisting employers and workers find ergonomic and injury prevention solutions in a wide variety of settings. Lena earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Oregon and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, walking in nearby nature and the antics of her two cats. She completed CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training in 2017, is a licensed amateur radio operator – providing emergency communication among local medical facilities and throughout the state, as needed.

Kathryn holds a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She focuses on identifying and correcting muscle imbalances and optimizing core strength and stability. In addition to her work at Cascade Health, Kathryn is a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell. She is also a member of the Eugene Plant-Based Providers and collaborates with Active Resolute Connected, a non-profit devoted to supporting women through movement. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys running — particularly half marathons — and mountain hiking. Her favorite summits are the South Sister, Half Dome and Mt. Timpanogos.

Todd has been a physical therapist since 1998 in a variety of outpatient orthopedic settings. His interest in physical therapy began when he was a patient going through extensive rehabilitation after a near-fatal motor vehicle accident. He was born and raised in Springfield, Ore. and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon. He later earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the Mayo Clinic. Todd has two children and a grandson, who he spoils as much as possible. He enjoys hiking with his fiancé and dogs. The cats don't get to go.

He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from University of Western States (formerly Western States Chiropractic College) in 2003, and then worked in private practice before joining Cascade Health. Travis likes working with patients and the satisfaction of seeing them get back to doing the things they love. In his free time, he enjoys ice hockey, skiing, and mountain biking.

Tyler has been working with Cascade Health since 2017. After earning his doctorate in physical therapy from Carroll University in 2015, he began his career in the Chicago Land area. He is currently training with the McKenzie Institute to become credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Tyler likes working with patients and the satisfaction of seeing them get back to doing the things they love. In his free time, he enjoys salsa dancing, skiing and mountain biking.

Brittany Reeves graduated from Louisiana State University School of Allied Health Professionals in Shreveport with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. She has been practicing in the Eugene Area in 2017, specializing in Outpatient Orthopedics. She obtained her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification in 2022 and enjoys working with a wide variety patients and diagnoses. When she's not working, she enjoys the outdoor experiences Oregon has to offer including (but not limited to) camping, hiking, cycling, paddling, and skiing as well as making ceramics.

Craig earned his associate degree as a physical therapy assistant from Lane Community College in 2013 and has worked for orthopedic outpatient clinics since graduating. He is active in the community and coached youth sports for many years when his children were young. Craig and his wife raised three boys in Eugene-Springfield and enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, mountain biking and traveling.

Brett has been a physical therapist for 24 years. He holds a bachelor’s in physical therapy from Daemen University in Buffalo, N.Y. and developed an interest in the medical field while working at the Niagara Falls N.Y. Air Force Base Gym. He has gained experience in high-paced sports rehabilitation clinics, manual therapy, cardiac surveillance and orthopedic departments. Prior to Cascade Health, Brett joined an orthopedic hospital in Los Angeles where he became the department director. He and his family moved to Oregon where he enjoys sports, snowboarding, camping and driving his classic car.

Christine has been a licensed occupational therapist for patients and families in health care settings since 1982. She has worked at Cascade Health in outpatient therapy and home health care since 2005. Christine enjoys assisting people coping with illness and injury to help them regain function and lead productive lives. She and her partner are enjoying semi-retirement and love to travel, garden and spend time with their Sheltie, Rosie. Christine also loves pickleball, quilting and walking with friends.
