Fun for a Good Cause…
Events in Eugene and Springfield

Each year, Cascade Health hosts fundraising events that help keep our programs accessible to everyone in our community. Because insurance does not always fully cover the cost of our services, the generous support of the community is vital to our ability to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people when they need us most.

We warmly invite you to join us in this important work by attending, sponsoring or even hosting your own fundraising event. Please read more about our annual events below or contact us today if you’d like to host a fundraiser, request a speaker or take a tour of the beautiful Pete Moore Hospice House.

Festival of Trees

A family holiday tradition in Eugene-Springfield, the Cascade Health Festival of Trees features a tour of elaborately decorated trees, silent auction, beautiful wreaths, a holiday vendor marketplace, a holiday crafts and cocktails mixer and the Starlight Celebration gala and live auction. Thirty-one years strong, Festival of Trees is a truly incredible way to kick off the holiday season!

Gathering of Remembrance

Cascade Health’s Gathering of Remembrance carries on the tradition begun by our former Butterfly Release event: creation of a space for community gathering, collective healing and exploration of the beauty that can be found through grief and loss. Join us on May 31 in the Pete Moore Hospice House gardens for this year’s ceremony.

Light Up a Life

A chance to honor those who are no longer with us, this annual tree lighting ceremony and candlelight vigil now marks the end of Festival of Trees and brings the gift of light to those feeling the loss of loved ones during the holiday season.
