And, when health care and productivity cost savings are taken into consideration, return on investment (ROI) for EAPs ranges from:

How We Help You, the Employer
Cascade Health EAP is a critical resource for employers who want to mitigate the effects of personnel issues on company morale and productivity. As your EAP provider, we act as your on-call consultant to give you the tools you need to strengthen your team and improve workplace culture.
Supervisor Coaching and Consulting
Coaching and consulting services provide crucial support to supervisors, helping them navigate difficult employee conversations and situations in ways that create accountability and clearly outline expectations.
Critical Incident Response
If your employees experience a traumatic workplace event, a trained counselor will respond within two hours to provide compassionate crisis support. Within two days, a counselor will also conduct a debriefing, in which they people understand what happened, how to cope and how to heal. Supervisory consultations, group debriefings and individual counseling are also part of our critical incident response service.
We can also facilitate group meetings related to workplace losses, such as the severe illness or unexpected death of a coworker.
Management Referral Program
When poor job performance, behavioral issues or policy violations occur, Cascade Health offers supervisors a clear process for formally addressing problematic employee issues. If you identify an employee problem, you can begin the referral process by completing and returning the management referral form. We will then:
Assist with completion of the Human Resources paperwork.
Meet with the employee and review the management referral procedure with them.
Ask you to have an initial discussion with the employee and have them call us to schedule an appointment.
Consult with you to get a thorough understanding and outline next steps.
Substance Abuse Evaluations
Substance abuse evaluations are a special type of management referral. If an employee tests positive for substances, or if you have reasonable suspicion an employee is using, our experienced alcohol and drug counselors can help you address the problem by:
Conducting a comprehensive evaluation with the employee.
Working with you and the employee to create a treatment plan.
Reporting on progress and coordinating with you to build accountability for recovery success.
Coworker Conflict Resolution
When conflicts arise between coworkers, Cascade Health EAP staff provide timely consultation and mediation services to develop a customized resolution plan to help you foster a healthier workplace.
