– Your Cascade Health Team
Like many of you, our hearts and minds are heavy with the recent tragic loss of lives, which has been followed by civil unrest around the nation. As distinct individuals who make up a health care organization, with a core value of respect, we acknowledge the inequities that have been ever present in our minority communities. For far too long, inequality has existed for many people who have found themselves marginalized in our country. We strongly denounce all forms of racism, discrimination, hate, and violence. We pledge to be part of the solution.
Our mission to serve our community with charitable, compassionate, and quality healthcare positions Cascade Health to make a difference in the lives of Lane County residents. We commit to make progress in becoming more informed, inclusive, and diverse; to listen, learn, and pursue meaningful change both as individuals and as an organization.
Cascade Health is an organization that cares about people.
We serve the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of people in our community.
Cascade Health is a place where all people — employees and patients alike — are known, valued, and cared for.
