At Cascade Health, the safety of our clients, patients, and employees is our top priority. We continue to implement full COVID-19 safety protocols at all of our facilities.

We are open in all areas of service, however please note that some services are being provided via telehealth applications. Please contact our departments directly for more information. It is important to note that we are NOT providing testing for COVID-19. If you are ill or feeling unwell, please contact your primary care provider or Lane County Public Health at 541.682.1380 for testing options.

If you have severe symptoms or are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
