Each model is different for every employer and we pride ourselves on creating customizable and cost effective solutions.  Onsite employer clinics can range from periodic visits from a dedicated nursing staff that answers medical questions and tracks wellness data, to a fully staffed, full time primary care setting.

We focus on finding undiagnosed conditions and increasing patient engagement to reduce risks for chronic diseases. We encourage healthy employees to maintain their lifestyles and continue to encourage healthy activities. Our provider visits are unique and last up to 45 min per employee which give us the opportunity to fully engage with each employee and address chronic issues that contribute to the bulk of health care costs.

Our process starts with getting to know each employer and looking at what is important to them in their vision for employee wellness. We develop a unique wellness plan based on the organization’s size and demographics as well as the values of the company. As programs progress, we provide metric data to track ROI and engagement levels of the employees. This data can be organized in many different formats to reflect what is most important to the employer.

We work to fully integrate our clinics into existing wellness plans to provide a full spectrum of services including care management and pharmacy benefit through one provider source.
