About Our Events
Cascade Health Events
Cascade Health is a local nonprofit health care provider. We host events throughout the year, including public health events, health education classes, Employee Assistance Program trainings and several fundraising events that directly support our ability to continue serving the community we’ve called home for more than 50 years.
We are dedicated to improving quality of life for our neighbors by fulfilling the unmet health needs of the community and warmly invite you to join us for events. Attend, sponsor or even host your own! Please read more about our annual event below, peruse our calendar to see what’s coming up, or fill out an event request form if you’d like to host a fundraiser, request a speaker or take a tour of our beautiful Pete Moore Hospice House.
Festival of Trees
A family tradition in Eugene-Springfield, Festival of Trees features a tour of elaborately decorated trees; silent auction; beautiful wreaths and a marketplace of other gift and holiday décor items for sale; and the Cocktails & Conifers mixer and auction. Truly an incredible way to kick-off the holiday season!
Cascade Health’s newest – and most delicious – event of the year! A food lover’s delight featuring small plates and paired drink offerings from some of our community’s best restaurants, breweries, distilleries and wineries. Add a dash of musical spice and you have everything you need for a delectable evening of fun.
Light Up a Life
A chance to those who are no longer with us, this annual tree lighting ceremony and candlelight vigil brings the gift of light to those feeling the loss of loved ones during the holiday season.
Hospice House Ultimate Memorial Ride
Hospice nurse and bicycling enthusiast Zack Page leads the annual Hospice House Ultimate Memorial Ride (HHUMR), a challenging three-day bicycle tour through the Cascade Range to honor lost loved ones.
A beautiful tribute, the Butterfly Release is one of two annual remembrance events giving families the opportunity to honor loved ones lost. Each year, hundreds of butterflies are released, lifting the spirits of those in mourning.
