EAP Counseling

EAP Counseling

We offer confidential, professional counseling and access to services to help you successfully deal with personal and practical issues that can interfere with everyday functioning. We provide direct scheduling with counselors – no call center, referrals or pre-screening – free to employees of client companies and their household members.  Our employee assistance services make life better for employees, their families and employers.

Our Team:

Our counselors work collaboratively with each client to create a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. We provide guidance, support, and action plans towards an individual’s goals. At Cascade Behavioral Health & EAP, our mission is to help our clients successfully navigate personal, family, or professional problems they are facing in order to live the happiest and healthiest life possible. Our licensed psychologists, masters-level social workers and masters-level therapists have an average of over 20 years in the behavioral health field. Having multiple counselors with a variety of therapeutic approaches, specialties and many years of combined experience all in one place ensures we can find the right fit to meet our client’s specific needs.

Tailored to Your Schedule:

Our counseling team is dedicating to ensuring you can get timely assistance.  Most appointments are available within a week and urgent appointments are typically available within 24 hours.  We offer a 24-hour on-call service to provide instant access to a mental health professional in case of an emergency.

“I never thought I would need counseling until a family problem was on my mind all the time. I couldn’t get any work done. I was consumed with this issue. I called Cascade Behavioral Health and DIRECTION EAP and one of the counselors helped our family improve our communication and work out solutions to our problems. It’s not that the problem went away, but we learned ways to work together and deal with it better.”
