What is a pre-placement test?
A test that is completed after an offer of employment has been made but prior to employment. The offer of employment is contingent upon the applicant passing the test and can be revoked if the applicant is not able to safely complete the test based on the essential functions of the job.
How long does an essential function test take to develop?
An essential function test takes approximately 5-8 hours to develop.
Where does drug testing take place?
Testing is available on site or at Cascade Health, located at 2650 Suzanne Way, Suite 200, Eugene, OR.
How quickly are drug test results available?
Results are typically available within 24 hours.

How quickly can an injured worker be evaluated?
In most cases, injured workers can be seen by one of our physicians the same day the injury occurs.
Do you offer flu shots?
Yes. We make it easy for your employees to get their flu shot by coming to you. Contact us to schedule a time for us to visit your workplace. We also offer drop-in flu shots at our clinic at 2650 Suzanne Way, Suite 200, Eugene, OR from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. No appointment necessary.
