Butterfly Release

10th Annual Butterfly Release

Each year, the flutter of wings lifts the spirits of those mourning the loss of a loved one as hundreds of butterflies take flight at Cascade Health’s Annual Memorial Event & Butterfly Release. The event is a beautiful, heartfelt way to honor those we’ve lost and bring hope and comfort to the grieving.

We invite everyone in the community to participate in our 10th annual event Friday, June 17, 2022 at 5 p.m. The event is open to anyone in our community who wishes to attend; you do not have to be a Cascade Health patient or family member to participate. Much like the hospice house itself, the Butterfly Release is intended to bring people together to celebrate life and remind us that even in difficult times, we are not alone. We plan on gathering gather in person at the Pete Moore Hospice House to share the experience and find comfort in community.
