Session #6: Managing Workplace Differences

The workplace is made of unique individuals who all bring a wide variety of experiences, personalities, work ethics and beliefs with them to work every day. This training will explore many of the differences supervisors and leaders can expect to see among their staff, the potential conflicts this might bring, and how to manage these differences effectively. Some topics that will be explored include generational differences, learning styles, and work styles.
