Cascade Health is a local, nonprofit health care organization providing a wide range of health care for the Eugene-Springfield area community, including home health, hospice, palliative care, physical therapy, occupational health and counseling. You have a choice for hospice care.
When it comes time for hospice, you have a choice of hospice providers. In addition to home-based care, Cascade Health operates the only hospice house in Lane County and has received the highest designation hospice honors award. The Pete Moore Hospice House provides hospital-level care for those at the end of life in a home-like environment designed to meet the needs of both patients and their loved ones.
